Yoga with puppies? Yes, please! Get ready to stretch and snuggle with the most adorable rescue pups. Join us for Puppy Yoga where a peaceful yoga practice meets playful puppy antics. Stretch, breathe, and find your happy place with the cutest little furballs you've ever seen. It’s the perfect way to get your zen on while helping out some precious pups. The evening starts with a 30-minute puppy cuddle session at 6:30 PM—the perfect way to get your snuggle on—then we'll stretch and find our zen with a one-hour yoga class starting at 7 PM. Cancellation Policy
To request a new event date, please email us at adopt@olddominionhumanesociety.org at least 48 hours before your scheduled event. Cancellations Within 48 Hours / No-Shows: For cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show, your booking fee will be considered a much-appreciated, non-refundable donation to Old Dominion Humane Society.
