Like everyone else in Fredericksburg, we are currently in an intense battle with…ice. 🧊❄️ The ice is winning. For safety, we will only be open on Friday for confirmed meet and greets from 12 pm to 4 pm. Meet and greets must be scheduled via email after completing an adoption survey on our website.

Schedule a meet-and-greet by completing our online Adoption Survey (located on the "Adopt" tab)—think of it as your Golden Ticket to speed up the adoption process and ensure the dog you want to meet is at the adoption center tail wagging and ready to win you over! Remember, some of our dogs are enjoying their time in foster and we want to make sure they get the chance to meet you!
If you’re feeling adventurous, stop by during adoption hours—no appointment needed! It’s a great opportunity to meet a bunch of adorable pups and dogs, drop off a donation, or find out how you can help by volunteering or fostering. There are plenty of ways to get involved, and who knows, you might just find your new best friend!
