The trails are a bit too 'winter wonderland' for the Sunday Hike! ❄️ We are canceling the Sunday Hike to keep our volunteers and pups safe and warm. Our furry hiking partners are trading their trail boots for extra blankets. We’ll see you next week!

Join us for the Sunday Hike where you can take a rescue dog out for a morning adventure with fellow dog lovers along our beautiful local trails! No need to sign up beforehand—just meet at Old Dominion Humane Society at 8:45 AM! Each week, we change up the destination to keep things exciting! This is a fantastic way for the dogs to get some exercise and boost their mental wellbeing, and it’s also a great workout for you. Plus, it’s an awesome opportunity to meet fellow dog lovers! Our hikes range from 3 to 5 miles featuring bigger dogs, challenging trails, and a faster pace. Don’t miss out on the fun! Come join the pack!
