1st Choice Better Homes And Land Presents Old Dominion Humane Society With Donation To Care For Rescue Dogs

Don Seay, a realtor with 1st Choice Better Homes & Land in Fredericksburg, presents a $300 donation to Betsy Smith, a volunteer with the nonprofit organization, in January. The donation will be used to care for the dogs, including the puppy he’s holding. ODHS has saved more than 8,000 dogs from neglect, hoarding and other situations since the no-kill rescue was founded by Chrissy Hamilton in 2013.

“We love supporting organizations in our community, and ODHS is a perfect fit,” said Seay. “Our office is full of dog lovers, and we’re delighted to have ODHS stop by and visit with one of the rescue puppies. We look forward to partnering with ODHS again in the future.”
