Old Dominion Humane Society Hosts Puppy Yoga On September 20 And October 11

The perfect way to reduce stress and get exercise is Puppy Yoga at Old Dominion Humane Society (ODHS) from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on September 20 and October 11. The rescue pups available for adoption will mingle with guests, who will enjoy one hour of yoga stretches and exercises. Admission is $20 per person and $35 per pair at the door, which opens at 6 p.m.

The two Friday evenings with four-legged, furry friends romping in the room will provide the chance for a stress-free, enjoyable night.

“This is a great opportunity to get out and end the work week shaking off stress and giving the rescue puppies an opportunity to socialize,” said Chrissy Blake, ODHS founder. “Our rescue puppies are up for adoption and guarantee a fun session.”

The admission price goes toward veterinarian costs, such as vaccinations, spaying and neutering, as well as microchipping, in an effort to make sure the pups are safe, happy and healthy when their forever families adopt them.
