Fox 5 travels to destinations in the D.C. region during the summer season. Travis, who’s three years old, is described as a sweetheart and thrives on human connection. He’s friendly with other dogs, enjoys bath time, walks well on a leash and has great house manners. A resilient dog, Travis was rescued from a large-scale hoarding situation, where he lived outside with minimal human contact, inadequate shelter and limited food and water. He arrived at ODHS with old wounds and a nick on his ear, but his wonderful spirit shines through despite his rough past. To schedule a “meet and greet” with Travis, fill out an adoption survey on the ODHS website. Travis deserves a second chance in a home where he feels safe and loved.
