The calendar is packed with activities surrounding rescue dogs, and Old Dominion Humane Society (ODHS) has something for every age in November. Saturday Strolls with smaller pups, Sunday Hikes with larger dogs, bingo to benefit the canines and yoga with puppies are just some of the events for the public. Participating in the activities benefits the rescues that are saved from neglect and hoarding situations, surrendered by owners and taken from shelters where they would have been euthanized.
